It's not just you, I absolutely agree! I bought the vanilla kind (on sale and with a coupon, of course!) and they weren't good at all. They had a really weird taste to them, and I didn't like the texture of the cake part at all. If I going to have something that is that bad for me, it should at least taste good!

I found them pretty bland. They weren't very sweet, the cream in the middle was not icing like, and as a PP mentioned, not worth the calories!

i never taste any of them...but mom and dad did and i think they find them OK
but i must say....i don't like everything they like LOL
see, they don't eat brocoli...."old kids" LOLThank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am

They are not my favourite either. I agree with the 'chemical' or 'overly preserved' taste. I won't be buying them again.

i think they are great, though i did get a box of the white cake ones and they were quite stale and not very good, so maybe you just had some bad ones...

lol at playdoh flavor n smell ya my father has these at his place n YUCK he enjoys them very much. he buys teh chocolate ones. I had the vanilla ones they werent too bad but not good either.

My dad bought those last week.. Omigod.. They smelt like barf, bleh!
Even my 2 and 4 year old niece and nephew wouldn't touch them.. and they eat ANYTHING [sweet]!
