Official Consumer Product Survey of Ontario

Hi I received a very long survey form from a "Diane Simon" - asking to fill in a detailed product survey and promising coupons and special offers. Has anyone had experience with this survey?

It's legit - depending upon your answers, you get coupons and sometimes samples - last time I got gum!

So funny, about 10 minutes after I typed in my last answer, I got a phonecall. It was 'unknown caller' and an 866- number. I often don't answer those, but I did - and it was an automated call from this very survey, encouraging me to fill it out and return it.
This has not happened before - and I've done the Shoppers' Voice surveys for at least five years - and I am not thrilled that it has happened now...

Before the internet (yes, I'm really that old!) I got these surveys just about yearly. I'd fill them out and *never* got anything back. Quit doing them (you only fool me a couple of times! LOL)

I did on on the internet a while ago, and I *did* get coupons, so it goes both ways I guess! Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I don't bother with them for the amount of time it takes and the likelyhood that I might not even *get* the promised coupons.

I never gave it on a paper survey, but there was that last one online with the big contest - so I figure it's from there.

I have always filled these surveys out and have never received coupons or samples. I will give it one more shot as I received the survey the other day.
