just popping in to say all my trades from January are caught up, in the hands of the recipiant, via express mail,.....finally, phew..am now back on track......lol!!
My own personal experience of a large trade going sideways last year was that the person just stopped comming onto SC.....that was very worrysome, and after 6 of us started postyin on her page, then checking with each other we ended up realising there was a big problem lurking, and then advised SAlly...that member just dissapeared with our trades..ak!! and was banned afterwards......that is sad indeed.
It is hard to figure out what is going on, my advise, is after silence, leave a polite msg on their page, so that someone else can see that you are inquiring about your trade.....and when a few members are doing the same thing, then a pattern can be seen.......
if the member, like myself, does still stay in touch, sporadically, then as hard as it can be, patience has to be used, to allow the member space to get their act in order.....like I did..... never said I was perfect..but I ALWAYS follow through on a already agreed upon trade.!!http://www.facebook.com/groups/29636...6361680429066/

looking for opinions here from other train conductors......I started a train with 3 cars and in the train rules it was very clearly printed not to join if you dont intend to follow the rules or update the thread when you get the train....as this is extremely frusterating as the other riders and myself have no idea where the train is. I sent them and 2 cars were moving along, yet no updates or anything on the other. I messaged the 1st rider of this car to see if they had got it, they said the got a train last week with no name or anything and just mailed it to the next person as they didnt know who the train belonged to as they are on more than one train currently. As this was the first rider of this car I know that both the rider list and the outside envelope was labeled with the train name. After a quick search, this rider is not currently awaiting any trains, nor do they update the threads of any train they ride currently. Also my train "rules" are only posted on the thread as I had run out of printer ink and had to write the rider list by hand asking riders to please consult the thread for full train rules. So I know the rules weren't followed and im assuming the BP is not included (ill know when the train comes home of course) as the thread was not updated and no feedback was left for me from this rider so I know they did not check the thread at all. So im left to wonder how I should handle this when the train does get back to me? Im thinking at least a neutral so other conductors are aware of the lack of courtesy this rider has for their trains, and possibly a negative if the BP is not included and the rider sheet isn't filled out.....what do you guys think? Hope this all makes sence...I should add that the 2nd rider got this car today

Personally having been a passenger and conductor if rules are clearly not followed NEUTRALS should be left as how will others know the conduct of said riders or conductors ?
Feedback should be left reflecting the honest conduct of riders and conductors .Last edited by Jezebel; Wed, Feb 22nd, 2012 at 07:15 PM.

Wow, that's off to a bad start. I hope you get the BP and train home safely. You will have to wait to give FB, but if there's no boarding pass from this rider, then negative, but if it's there, then neutral IMO with an explanation. Problem ends up being that conductors can't always tell who did what.

super frusterating, especially being straight up lied to....hopefully the other riders get good coupons too as I have no idea if or what this rider took out
I think after this ill be out of the conducting business for awhile....the last train I conducted before this one was a mess, hoping this one goes smoothly from here

I gave "kouponkaila89" a negative trade rating today. I PMed Sally888 but got no response (I know your busy - I don't really care, just needed that extra support to leave a negative)
I conducted a train at the end of December which she joined. It was a traditional running train. She hasn't been on since Dec 21 and the train didn't move past her. I believe it wasn't the rider before her but her so I left a negative. Now I don't know what to do with her address..??? If someone knows please tell me :shrugs:

If Sally is on holidays, someone needs to go look at the train forum as there may be a user with several accounts conducting & trying to start trains. (Edit to update info from ErinsMom)

i will never ever trade here again. it is so easy to scam people. what do they lose? nothing. a negative trade rating and that's it. i lost FPC coupons worth $50. i'm so pissed..... this person had only positive feedbacks, isn't much here anymore and the communication was terrible as well. maybe i should do same with others,i only get a negative feedback that's it,but i will have lots of good coupons in trade. it sucks so badly.
