I've revised this post to include a photo of Almay Offer Tear Pad card which must be included as part of your mail-in package (it's not a peelie), 1 per household. Thus, for mail in, you need to provide the following:
1 - Receipt with price circled & UPC hand written
2 - Completed Mail ln Rebate from from face book (pdf link above)
3 - Mail In Rebate offer tear pad (see photo) found in stores

Qualifying products is one (1) Almay Smart Shade™ Skintone Matching Makeup and receive cost of the product, plus taxes and postage.

Tried emailing my Airwick receipt for the $5 and got the message "Sorry, your receipt could not be processed. Try our mail-in option at www.drvs.ca/mail using code ..."
I hope when I mail it, they look at it since they rejected it when I tried to email it

I don't see where it says on the rebate form that the Almay Offer Tear Pad card has to be included for the MIR. On the form it says include the Try Me label., the rebate form, and the receipt. Am I missing something?

i don't usually do MIR but i can only assume its one or the other, pdf version or tearpad version to be included,
