Seriously do you people think this is making Boo want to get it sorted out? If I were Boo id read all this crap and just log off.
Kotasmommy, Boo already explained what happened with your transactions so your kind of beating a dead dog if you don't mind that analogy. Also I can show you a transaction for last month as proof I shopped last month and it didn't show up. Opps thats right I never went through cashback lol! Boo already explained that you cancelled or were denied on your order and thats that, he can't pay you for things that didn't pan out on your end.
Yikes calm down, I know someones going to start helping him out with getting things sorted out so just cool off, it will be sorted out, youll get your cashbacks. So just relax and give him a break.

I may be wrong here but if you navigate away from the original window that opens up from clicking the link from Smartcanuks, the system loses track of you. NOT the systems fault and NOT the administrators fault and NOT your fault either, its more like a flaw than an intentional attempt to screw you out of money. All of my visits that I logged into the cash back sites have shown up on my account page. I did make one purchase, but I was clicking links and comparing things and I think I completed my order on a page that was not the original page I had opened.
You don't just get it for shopping at these merchants it has to be properly tracked. If you have another site that does offer cash back and works better for you then I wouldn't continue shopping here. By all means continue to try to get what you feel is owed to you, and if it is honestly owed I have no doubt it will be paid.

Seriously, this system is messed up.
I've placed 4 orders for Chapters and 1 order for Apple Computers recently, and I am just not getting credited.
I click the referal link, then browse around (or click their logo to go to home page first as in the case of Apple), spend about 10-25 minutes browsing and ordering, but NO credit in cashback system.
And best of all, no reply in this thread from Boo about the status. PM and email individually may be impractical, but 1month and still no reply. >.>
I know it's christmas and people are busy, but even just 5 words in this thread should be sufficient.
