I know just a few weeks ago they were still not shipping to Canada. I was just on Amazon.ca and the first page said that they ship the kindle to Canada now finally.

Hi, yes I saw that this morning and thought it was quite interesting. Reading thru reviews,however, there's quite a bit of back-lash on how Amazon.ca isn't giving the deals that can be found on their .com site....how the games download in Canada..or the selections or something like that....You can tell I'm not very knowlegable in this area...I might have to go back and take another peek....it might be something to consider for my DH for Christmas...although I'm also looking at the Nintendo DSI for his limited gaming adventures...;-)

Why the big difference with Amazon.com and Amazon.ca when it comes to deals and coupon codes?
