Yes they can, I purchased the bath time set for my self with the fpc and it was totally free. Not to mention my work gives a discount on purchases so I still saved what my discount would have been on the product.

i called JnJ about a week ago for the parent gift pack all i got was 2 $1.00 coupons so i called today and explained what i asked for they are now sending me the gift pack plus extras very friendly

Wal-Mart carries them....they in a tall box with a baby pic in front of it...super cute.

I called Johnson & Johnson to discuss their new Aveeno Eczema skincare line. I found it didn't help my daughter's skin at all. We are BIG aveeno users in this house (living up north and all). Anyhoo, she said she would send me an aveeno FPC. Even told me it had no value (like the J&J replacement coupons) and that I should use it to get the most bang for my buck!! Told me to call every month to get $3 coupons (which I do anyways!). I can't wait for my FPC!!

I am a firm J&J user now. What wonderful customer service!

So if you have problems with their products, don't forget to call and let them know! (and don't forget your monthly call for coupons!)

Too bad J&J tests on animals though! I try to avoid them.

They only give FPC if you call about legitimate problems. But you can get $ off coupons every month.

i called them today, it was not good experience. I got transferred like 4 times and I have to tell each agent from beginning to end my issue at every transfer, O man. I think I spend like 40 min on the call. between the agents I wait 10mins being put on hold. waste so much time repeat the product code and lot number to them, sigh
