Am I reading this right? Best Buy is closed on Boxing Day (Sat)?!?! Sale starts on Sunday?? Do you think this is store specific or applies to all?

That is correct, for Nova Scotia! I scanned both the FS and BB flyers, and I am in NS. Stores are closed here on the actual Boxing Day (Dec 26th). Call your local stores to find out when they are open.

my best buy newsletter says the in store starts Dec. 26 at 1 PM local time.. and boxing day flyers are available tomorrow at 12:01 AM EST at bestbuy.ca???

Can you purchase things now and then get the difference back on Boxing day? I dont see why not?
Hope so anyway, just spent a fortune.. if not, oh well.. everyone will LOVE the gifts and thats all that matters

I actually got up and go to the store at 5:45am but seeing that the line was way way long int he pouring rain, I left and went to Old Navy instead. I did come back once the store opened to get the $20 printer, which was already sold out when I got there, but I ended up with the wireless one for $69, which is also sold out online.
The place was crazy busy, lots of flat screen tvs being pushed out in carts and on skids so they were definately the most popular item for sale.
