There was a Melita set up outside of my Pricesmart yesterday.... I went up and asked for some coupons and he said that they had all expired Dec.31 and they are waiting for new ones to be printed.

Yes, I am having problems also. Small red print turns up on the right hand side that I can't quite make out. Maybe something about postal code? Can anyone help? Thanks

I have 20 upcs from last year tried entering them dec 28,29,30,31 site just freezing up and doing nothing. I have sent them 3 emails and phoned several times. No reponse to my emails and the 1-800 number just rings and rings... I am beyond mad at them right now. I think this is the most disgraceful customer service....so I'm not going out of my way to get upcs until I get what is owed to me.

I think something is wrong with the site. At first I got the red small print too. If you highlight it I was able to make out that it wanted the phone number in the format 000-000-0000, so I changed my phone number. Now I click submit and nothing happens at all, no error, no trying to load a page - nothing. I guess we will have to try again later.
