I joined this but got no indication that I would receive a free welcome kit. I checked the emails which I received 2 one to confirm registration and the other once I confirmed. Did anyone else get confirmation?

Hi sierrasmommy, I think they've discontinued the 'welcome kit' promo for now... new members are now entered in a draw it looks like, for some vacation or other. But perhaps they'll send you one anyways... you never know! I've noticed in cases like this they tend to bring the better promos back once they stop gaining new members, and this one in particular is a great marketing tool... the kit was great.

I signed up months ago. Some time later I received an e-mail saying there was a problem with my registration and could I re-do the online form, which I did and still nothing. I really should call/follow up.

Signed up for this a long time ago and it took months for it to arrive! But it finally did arrive and my kitty cat loves it.

..I stuffed the baby dolphin with cotton batting and cat nip then sewed it up. haha
