I just wanted to say this is a really great survey site. In the past year I've made about $50.00 in surveys and always receive the cheques about 4 weeks after I cash out. I also was the grand prize winner of $1000 in one of their draws and received that cheque in 2 weeks! I highly recommend this survey panel.

I love opinion outpost. But I am mad at them now. I completed a survey for 30 points but only got credited for 9. I sent them an email and here was my reply...
We have inspected your account and I see that this survey was anticipated to
be 5 minutes long. Our records indicate that you spent only 3 minutes
qualifying for the survey. Determination of eligibility for Opinion points
are based around many reasons which may include, but are not necessarily
limited to inconsistencies in answers and overly hurried responses. This
might be the reason why you only get the credit.
That is so stupid.I get punished because I read fast? WTF?Visit my blog- http://www.talkingmomcents.com

I have sent them an email back...
Thank you for getting back to me with an explanation. However, I do not feel that it is fair to be punished for being a fast reader, and/ or giving a short written response. Depending on the survey content I may have more, or less, written opinions to state. I did obviously complete the survey stated and with the understanding of receiving 30 Opinion points for the survey. I do not feel that I received fair compensation for completing the survey (even if I completed it in 3 minutes). I do thoroughly enjoy taking part in the many surveys that Opinion Outpost has offered me and have even have had the opportunity to cash out my points, but I don't feel that a partial credit for fully completing a survey is a fair reward for my opinion. I do hope that you can appreciate my feelings in regards to this situation and help resolve it by crediting my account for the remaining 21 points that I feel should be credited for the reasons stated.

thats strange, never heard of anyone sending partial points for a survey because you filled it in too quickly. normally they will just give you nothing.

I've read of these kinds of problems when doing a survey "too fast", so I usually fill out the page, switch to a different window to do other things, then go back and hit submit. Or I'll go refill my coffee, or work on my grocery list or something...

I am soooooo P***ED OFF at these guys! They didn't get back to me after I sent them the 2nd email but now my survey history shows that the survey in question was worth only 9 not 30!!! THEY TAMPER WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!! I had high praise for opinion outpost...but not so much now. I am even contemplating filing a complaint w/survey police. That is crap to be changing my account history.
