The DOVE® Chocolate & HELLO! CANADA Contest (the “Contest”) commences on May 5, 2010 at 9:00 am, and closes on July 25, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm (the “Contest Period”). To enter, go to www.hellomagazine.ca/dove and click on the “Contest” button or “Enter Now” button. Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to participate in the Contest. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free computer and internet access and a number of Internet service providers offer free email addresses. All times are Eastern Times.
1. Complete the mandatory fields on the Entry Form including your name, full address (Street, City, Province and Postal Code), e-mail address, daytime telephone number and enter the letters, numbers or symbols as shown in the decoder box. Then review the Official Rules and if you agree, accept them as read and understood by selecting the “I accept, enter now.” Button. Upon clicking the “I accept, enter now.” button you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the contest period. A total of Forty Nine (49) additional entries are available to be earned during the Contest Period. You may earn additional Contest entries by:

• i) UPC Entry. Enter the valid UPC code from a DOVE® Milk Chocolate Tablet Bar (100g) to receive five (5) additional entries into the Contest. Maximum of one (1) UPC entry during the Contest Period.

• ii) Refer A Friend: Complete an e-mail referring a friend to the Contest. When you refer a friend to the Contest site you will automatically receive an additional one (1) entry into the Contest. E-mail addresses of third parties submitted through the “Refer a Friend” feature are not collected by the Sponsors or retained after the e-mail has been sent. Maximum referral of four (4) friends during the Contest Period.

• iii) DOVE® Messages: Correctly decipher the secret word found in each HELLO! Canada magazine Crossword Puzzle between May 31st , Issue #174 – July 26th Issue # 181. Enter the Secret word to receive an additional five (5) entries. Total of eight (8) Crossword Puzzles each with a unique word available during the Contest Period. One (1) entry per week.

• The maximum number of entries per person by using all the methods is fifty (50). Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than the allocated amount, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all and additional entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to void all the entries if deemed fraudulent.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to individual legal residents of Canada who are resident and present in Canada at the time of entry and are above the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, excluding residents of Quebec. Employees of Mars Canada and Rogers Publishing Limited (“Rogers”) as represented by HELLO! CANADA (the “Sponsors”), their subsidiaries and associated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, the independent judging organization or persons with whom any of the Sponsors are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.


GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) persons
to Toronto, Ontario, for two (2) nights. Grand Prize comprises of

• - Return economy airfare for two (2) persons to Toronto, Ontario (Lester Pearson or Toronto
  City Centre Airport)
  - Two (2) night's accommodation (double occupancy) at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel Toronto, Ontario,
  - Two (2) passes to the Hello! Canada Cocktail reception on September 11th, 2010,
  - Dinner for Two (2) persons in the form of a Three Hundred dollar Canadian ($300.00CDN) gift certificate to the Spoke Club, Toronto, Ontario (alcohol, tips and taxes not included - no cash substitutions if the value of the certificate is not redeemed in full)
  - Luxury Spa treatment(s) in the form of a Three hundred and fifty dollar Canadian ($ 350.00CDN) gift certificate to the Hammam Spa, Toronto, Ontario. (Spa treatment services based on availability)
  - Five hundred dollars Canadian ($ 500.00CDN) spending money, issued in the form of a cheque.

(Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $ 4,400.00CDN based on a Vancouver airport departure/return.)
Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel between September 10th and 2010 to September 12th, 2010, and must depart from and return to the same major commercial airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s home. If the winner lives within a five hundred (500) kilometer radius of the Toronto Lester B. Pearson Airport, the airfare portion of the prize will not be awarded and the winner and his/her guest will then be awarded two (2) VIA Rail train tickets and must depart from and return to the same VIA Rail station nearest to the Grand Prize winners home. If the winner lives within ninety nine (99) Kilometers from Toronto Lester Pearson airport then the rail portion of the prize will not be awarded. Winner and his/her guest will be responsible for ground transportation to and from the departing airport or VIA Rail train station, ground transportation to and from the Fairmont Royal York hotel, transfers, meals, drinks, tips or gratuities, applicable taxes, hotel services (if any), and travel and medical insurance, additional spending money, personal expenses, incidentals and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. No changes are permitted and in the instance of winner not being able to travel, there will be no re-booking and prize will be forfeited. The Sponsors do not assume responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events, flights or trains after ticketing for any reason whatsoever. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel documents such as passport or travel visa or any travel documents in advance of the departure date.
