To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada and be 19 years of age or older

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Players can obtain an online code which will need to be entered into the contest site as described above in i. by sending a hand drawn facsimile of the 2nd Chance logo. All requests for an online code must be received by Canada Post by December 1, 2010 4:30pm ("AST"). Limit of one request per envelope with sufficient postage while supplies last. No mechanical reproductions of requests permitted. All requests must include a postage paid, self- addressed envelope. Mail your entry to:

The contest commences on April 23, 2010 and closes on December 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m

There will be three (3) draw periods in total. The draw dates and prizes are as follows:
Promotion period 1 (Wave 1) – April 23, 2010 to 11:59:59 p.m. June 13, 2010. Draw date: June 14, 2010 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Entries must be received on or before 11:59:59 pm June 13, 2010 to be eligible for the first draw prizes:

• Top Prize = $50,000
• Secondary Prizes = 10 x $1,000

Promotion period 2 (Wave 2) – 12:00:00 a.m. June 14, 2010 to 11:59:59 p.m. September 12, 2010. Draw date: September 13, 2010 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Entries must be received between 12:00:00 a.m. June 14, 2010 to 11:59:59 p.m. September 12, 2010 to be eligible for the second draw prizes:

• Dodge Charger valued at approximately $35,000
• Jeep Wrangler valued at approximately $35,000
• Secondary Prizes = 10 x $1,000

Promotion period 3 (Wave 3 – GRAND PRIZE) – 12:00:00 a.m. April 23, 2010 to 11:59:59 p.m. December 31, 2010. Draw date: January 5, 2011 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Entries must be received on or before 11:59:59 pm December 31, 2010 to be eligible for the GRAND PRIZE draw prizes:

• GRAND PRIZE = $250,000
• Secondary Prizes = 10 x $1,000

In addition to the draw prizes there will be 100 prizes of $1,000 available to be won instantly. Instant Win prizes will be time stamped. The first entry that results from an accumulation of $10 of ticket value to be entered on or after the identified time will win.
All prizes are in Canadian dollars.
