    On July 17 & 18 earn 20X PC Points in Ontario Superstores during our Stock Up Event!

    This was printed on my receipt; if anyone can confirm this is happening in other provinces, I will edit the thread title.

    The last Stock Up Event was a great success. The 20x points was valid on all gift cards, so for every $100 GC, you got back enough points for $20 in groceries (if you pay using PC Mastercard). Combine that with sales and coupons, the percentage of potential savings keeps going up and up! Fingers crossed that GCs are again included.

    Minimum purchase is $100.

    PC Debit Card: 5 pts/$1 (reg) --> 5 x 20 = 100/$1 (bonus)
    PC Mastercard: 10 pts/$1 (reg) --> 10 x 20 = 200/$1 (bonus)

    With a minimum of 20,000 PC points, you are eligible to redeem your PC points for grocery rewards and just about anything else at participating stores across Canada. Just redeem in increments of 10,000 PC points thereafter right at the checkout.

    PC Points Limitations: You can use your PC points to pay for groceries and just about anything else at the check-out at participating stores. Redeem for your complete purchase or to pay for a portion of your purchase. PC points may not be redeemed against the purchase of tobacco, lottery tickets, alcohol, prescription medication, milk in Quebec, or any other products or services prohibited by law or as we determine from time to time.

    Happy Shopping!

    There's no RCSS in downtown Toronto, correct? I did a search on their site and it brought up No Frills and Loblaws locations, but they aren't considered RCSS are they? Confusing website

    I may just have to apply for a card, just so I can get in on this promo! I wonder how long it would take to get the card?

    No, there isn't. They have one in Don Mills, Scarborough and North York.

    I updated my OP with the amount of points earned using the PC debit and credit card.

    It has to be a Real Canadian Superstore (RCSS) not a Loblaws Superstore unfortunately.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Last time, I purchased $400 of PC GCs and I got 80000 points ($80 worth of free groceries). The best thing is that I've been using the GCs at my leisure, buying sale items + coupons and staples like milk and fruit. Nahnanahnahah to SDM, you can't compete with that, you overpriced and overhyped juggernaut of a chain.

    a question, did you use a PC mastercard to purchase the giftcards?

    and yes, i second the SDM sentiments too much running around and plotting and planning just to make it worth your while there.

    Amen, sister! I mean you can earn points quite easily, but how many body washes, toothpastes, shampoos do I need? With RCSS, there's no pressure to redeem and I can get REAL groceries, not just the limited assortment SDM carries. I know this isn't quite logical, but whenever I use my PC GC I'm thinking,"SWEET! 20% off milk, 20% off bananas, 20% off eggs!" Et cetera and so forth.
