I just pick games at random. In terms of earning ZB, it doesn't matter what game you choose, it is on a set timer. After you "start" one game, you need to wait ~6 minutes or so, then when you start another game it will give you a captcha (up to 3 times per day, total 3ZB).

I always order $5 paypal, and it does take a few weeks to receive the funds after ordering.
