Yes! The phone number is just a demonstration number, you couldn't get a perscription if you wanted to. You just have to put in your optimum number when prompted, normally with a regular perscription you would put in your perscription number (but you'd call a different number of course).

They just want to show people how easy it is to order your perscription over the phone.

Now, I'm not sure if it is for current SDM perscription customers only or for anyone with an optimum card. I would guess it's for anyone with an optimum card though, since they want to entice people to switch to SDM.
