Yes the do. The problem is that there far more companies out there marketing themselves as "paid survey" that really aren't. And those give the paid survey sites a bad name. When I first started out doing surveys 7 years ago, I made the mistake of blindly signing up for hundreds (literally) of sites. Over the years, I have whittled that list down and can say I am happily (and relatively lucratively) doing surveys still today.
Just remember you NEVER should pay to join a site or participate in one.Paid Surveys: www.thesurveystar.com

Yes they do in fact exist. Make sure you stay away from the ones that promise you sweepstake entries which nobody ever wins. Some pay via paypal and some pay by manual check sent to your home. One tip would be not to rush into answering the survey too quickly or you will be not qualified.
.Start off right with quality paid survey reviews

Well, sometimes people do win sweeps, so I wouldn't avoid them all together. And several of the sites, use the initial sweeps entry surveys to qualify you for higher paying surveys or focus groups down the road. So I wouldn't, by any means, make them the bulk of what you do, but they are worth doing from time to time. Personally, I have won sweeps ranging from $5 to one for $1,000 once doing surveys.

Some surveys do pay, just be careful because there are lots of survey sites out there that are a scam or just flood your email with junk. One that I have had good results with are Pinecone (big thumbs up) and Opinion Outpost.

Yep Pinecone Research always pays. I have been doing surveys for them for several years. You will get your cheque for $5.00 within a week of completing the survey. They send
me about one per month, sometimes two.
