Well...not sure about other areas, but I did not get a MIR form for the AirWick in my SmartSource, which came with my local free paper. I have a feeling this may be either area specific or in the paid newspapers only?!?!

Looks like it's only valid on Ontario and Quebec I just got a copy of it today and just read all the fine print. I added a scan of it to the first post.
