Woo hoo! Hotspex is now expanding on their gift card redemption. I just got this email today because I redeemed my Bux for Amazon Gift Cards:

This new process began with all orders made within the month of September, and because you have redeemed BUX for an Amazon Gift Card within that month I thought I’d give you a heads up!


If you have not already, you should expect to receive a letter with a PIN and instructions on how to get your Gift Cards. This PIN gives you online access to browse through a list of retailers! So be sure to take a browse through, and treat yourself to something very much deserved!

I've not received my PIN either - apparently they mail you a physical letter and it will have your PIN on it. So I guess look out for it in your mailbox?

Haven't gotten any surveys from them in like 2 months since I joined! LOL

for my self i can recive 1 survey per week and somenthing one per month

I find the survey frequency is always different for me, sometimes once a week and sometimes 1 a month

I asked them 3 weeks ago when I would be getting my gc (it had already been over 6 weeks since I redeemed) and they said it would be out shortly......I've since contacted them again and have heard nothing.

well it arrived today! When I ordered they were only offering .com and they sent .ca, but I don't feel like waiting forever to get it back to a .com. I have plenty I want to order from both sites so it doesn't really matter.

I got my gc today in the mail with code. It took nearly 2 months. Worked and everything. They do not email you anything. I got it all by snail mail.
