Posted on Incorporation Vs Sole Proprietorship! Thanks for the contest...and thanks for the links to the credit cards - now I have some serious research to do. I was happy with our 2% return, which is usually enough to pay for a nice vacation, but maybe I'm not maxing out our returns. We run a lot of our business through a credit card, and the points really add up quickly. I'll have to check out if we can make them add up faster.
I just wish every credit card "point" system wasn't so complicated

Oh, I wasn't refering to the corporate tax return. In Alberta (maybe it's different in other provinces? I can't remember if it's federal/provincial) we also have to submit what's refered to as a Corporate annual return that just confirms shareholders'/directors' info and other fun stuff like that. Just another added expense of running a corporation vs. SP.
I actually had no idea you could be software to file a corporate tax return though! $150 is more than 15x less than what we pay for a return to be prepared, so I might actually look into that ^^ Thank you! Then again, I would probably fail miserably at it, and have to pay to have the accounts file it anyways, lol, so I would end up costing us an extra $150.Want another way to earn free amazon.ca or amazon.com gift certificates??
