Just got back from picking up some kleenex (my nose is so raw, sniff sniff) and my friendly, favourite cashier, informed me that next Saturday is 20x the points.
I didn't ask any other questions because I'm sick and didn't want to spread my germs.
Will confirm when I get my flyer on Tuesday. This thread is currently associated with: Shoppers Drug Mart

but why keep the coupons if there won't be a sale on those products?? Wouldn't it be best to spend the coupons now to get them at 60 cents each?

Because I don't really need more bodywash, shaving cream or deodorant but if I can get something for free next week with 20x points it makes more sense than buying it now just because I have the coupons and not getting BPs

Let's just say for argument's sake that the Olay is on sale for 3.99 even. It would cost you 2.97 for 3 after the 9$ coupon and would get you 2200 Optimum Points, which is $3.94 at the top redemption level and more on a bonus redemption. So you're up at least .97 in points, and you've reduced the amount you have to spend to get 20x the points on your other items.
