    yes ive noticed i now have over 3000 points pending plus 4000 from a specific study 3 months ago...ive emiled nd called and no call back or response

    I've sent them at least 6 emails in the last month & a half about missing rewards that moved from my points pending to nowhere & have NOT received one reply! Also I have 14 surveys on my pending list & have not received any points in quite a while. One dates back to August! Something is not right with that site?     ahhhh i havent got any but they are still ALL appearing as pending. Has anyone ever had luck getting ahold of someone on the phone?

    kay i just got credited 450 of the 3000 + i am owed but still hve 4000 outstanding from July - everytime they have emailed back (which is rare) they tell me a few more weeks, that goes by and nothing Ive left a vmail with no response (again)

    I have waited months for credit. They contacted me back by email everytime. Their points are credited really slow but you will get them all eventually. I have about 1000 waiting for credit but I'm just hoping they do credit by Christmas
