If you don't like telemarketing calls, then avoid newspaper contests or free newspaper deals. Whenever I entered a mail-in or drop-off ballot contest for this paper, I got a marketing call shortly afterwards.

Not me. The only calls I got were from them wanting me to renew my subscription and I have got the paper from them two or three times for free.
