THEN

Even if the 2nd site doesn't work, the first one is still a good deal.

My friend just told me she got a free nursing cover (just paid shipping) a while back, so it really works.
Do you have to pay the regular shipping and handling for the sling?

I got a free nursing cover a while back. I also recently got an email for the sling. They said it was because I ordered at least 2 nursing covers (separately) - so not sure whether you still need to have ordered twice to be eligible. And yes, you have to pay shipping and handling for the sling as well.
I think their business is really based on the "shipping and handling" - it appears to be enough to cover a reasonable price (not "free" but a decent deal) for the sling/nursing cover because they always seem to have new "free" codes and shipping is only a couple of dollars as printed on the envelope it comes in.
Oh, and they mark the package as "apron" so in 3 packages I have not been charged duty/tax when the package went through customs. (yaay!)Last edited by Zee's Mom; Tue, Oct 12th, 2010 at 10:47 PM. Reason: add customs info

Hi there,
Just be careful of uddercovers....i read on another thread that they were using peoples credit card information fraudulently. You can look it up/google it.

I heard about that too and did a little research before ordering. The company appears to be a small mom n pop shop and owner addresses these comments online. I don't have any conclusive evidence either way except for my own experience. It appears that the rumours were untrue... my stuff came quickly and there has been no suspicious activity on my credit card. Either way, if you are concerned you can always use PayPal... (I am not affiliated with them in any way, I just thought it was a good freebie and also don't like to see people get clobbered if they don't deserve it.)

I did this too, I have received my nursing cover, and all I had to pay was shipping and I am waiting for my sling as it was backordered until November so we will see if I get that one, although they had already taken out the shipping on that one as I did it through paypal. When I get it I will be sure to let everyone know.

i've been reading other boards and it seems everyone is getting their items with just the shipping charge. they had a security problem from another site it wasn't them and it's fixed now. but i've worked in shipping they can prob pack that pretty small so it wouldn't actually cost them 10$+ to ship these things plus it's just some material and sewing so it wouldn't cost much to make. they prob arent' losing on this promo deal.

If you know how to sew you can make your own nursing covers. They are very simple and easy. I found a DIY project here http://www.prudentbaby.com/2010/01/d...ing-cover.html

I forgot to let you guys know, I got my sling a week or two ago. I was able to order the sling, baby legs, and a bracelet (it was a pack for $5 + shipping) and everything came in. I love it, super cute!

I ordered a sling on Nov. 25 it arrived on Dec. 24 so it took a while but its really nice. My DS loves it and it makes it so much easier to carry him around on my hip. I paid $12 in shipping but it was shipped regular mail from the US and only had $1.60 in stamps on it so they are still making quite a bit of money from each order. Either way $12 for the sling and shipping is a good deal. I have seen comparable products for $25 +shipping and up.
