So out of the blue my dad says to me he heard on the radio that Dodge is having a big sale, lots of rebates, yeah right to good to be true. Not so fast Sherlock! This is what I got.

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan Stowe and Go! (fully loaded)

reg. $32,995 + A/C fee, admin fee, lock nuts, transport and prep., tire fee etc. $2500 = $40,064.49 w/tax

Special $18,995 plus $200(I wanted a roof rack)
minus $5000 for my 2007 base model van that doesn't even have power windows, lol

so $14,195 + tax(NO EXTRA FEES! Woot!) = $16,022.60

that is a savings of $24,041.89

PS: Yes I forgot to mention I got a $500 card that is good in $50 increments to use on oil changes etc. WOOOHOOO! and they also had another thing where I picked a special CD and got $100 off on certain items but I didn't want any of them.

Oh and the other part of the deal is that my insurance is only going up $14 a month to cover this one ($850 a year) $1000 deductables and the insurance guys are going to Sherlock my car for $43!!! The dealer wanted $250! <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

We got a new car this summer and there's a government incentive program called Retire Your Ride program, got $1000 for trading in our crappy Toyota worth about $200 and 15 monthly adult passes.

Patty, from reading the link associated with this post, it looks like you are eligible to ALSO receive an incentive from this program as well....click on the link and then "rewards" and then click on the car manufacturer/dealer tab...look under Chrysler incentives...
