It's a spam! Try it before, but nothign comes. There are also other fake freebies associated with such website with similar design. Probabaly from the same hand.

I'd have to say that not ALL sites that have 'free' in the domain name are scams or harvesters. Should it lead you to ask a question about if the site is good or not, sure.

I'm in the web business a great number of years...so I do know what I'm saying.
