I have been watching these videos for a while now but keep forgetting to put it here but these are lessons from a lovely lady. The "fresh from the freezer" classes are all about how to save money by freezing food, pre made meals and re using foods that most people would throw away. But they are free, she does do some other cooking class but i don't think its free but enjoy!

I checked out the link but there were was only clips of season one and the upcoming two with a price tag of over $100 to subscribe.
