The last one was gone when I got up at 8PST but wasnt up yet at 4 PST when I was up with my cranky baby. so I'm guessing about 8-9 EST and they dont last long

I usually miss most of them too. its like they are up, and three seconds later they are all out.. its crazy how quick they go!
