if i don't have a flyer mailed to me, can i still ask for a $15 coupon
at a Canadian tire store? I have tried to ask for a scratch card before
and they said they don't have it

Thanks for posting the whole flyer!
In small towns, like mine, where there is no CT gas bar, the gas bar items are always available at the discount price without the gas bar coupons.
I'm planning on picking up the games with my $5.00 Hasbro coupons so $2.49 plus tax each!
(The only downside is that my CT will only ring through one Hasbro coupon per transaction so I may be at the check-out for a while.)
