Any opinions on the laser levels that are reduced by 25%, regular price is 79.99?

I am looking to install a suspended ceiling in my basement and was wondering if one of these levels would be suited for the job. CT has two: a fixed one and a rotating one for the same price ($79). I would prefer the rotating one for the job I need it for but the fixed line one gets betters reviews.
