I live in between Carleton Place and Perth... Which is closer to Kanata than the rest of Ottawa... I don't know how much help I'd be because I do most of my shopping in Carleton Place, but nice to meet you guys!

Yup..most don't unless it is store only coupons..like Rexall's % off etc..

I'm in Kanata (Katimavik)
Lots of coupies at Sobeys in Kanata this weekend. I was really excited to get tft $1 off chapmans premium ice cream. If anyone is interested in tradin g let me know. Maybe we can compare notes over a Timmies.

Hi Guys!!
I don't live in Kanata but i'm super close to it. I shop in Kanata. Metro, SDM, Rexall. I think they're putting a Sobey's in at the Rexall on March rd. Kanata is really getting built up. Only recently saw the new Lowes Plaza, that's amazing.

I'm in Kanata as well. I live right behind the new Sobey's which is nice but their prices are pretty rough. New LCBO should fix the price stress
