It depends on the cosmetics lady. If you're a regular customer and cosmetics lady knows you, she will give you the card

The answer is NO. This type of promotion is controlled by cashiers and they will not give you the card if your total is below $50.

In this case I will buy the milk of the week at SDM (I know they have) and we drink 4X4L per week here! This will easily increase the amount and this will change nothing for me because I'm in QC and by law milk 4L 3,25% can't go under 6.07$

YEAH. my favourite lovely cashier was there today(st.albert north) and i made 2 redemptions for $200 EACH (80,000 points)..she let me do it and didn't say to me i had to use it only on products(beautystuff)advertised,so i spend it on EVERYTHING in store. then i made also another shopping worth $50 so i could get the surprise card, i just scratched my card, and i can get on my next purchase $25 off. (wow, i was lucky today) got free stuff worth $400 for 160,000 points together. and spend $50 to get another giftcard worth $25.
