Superstore keeps trying to tell people that SCOP applies to "One per brand" which it does not. It is one per UPC, yes?

When stores make up their own rules it drives me nuts.

I was told by the SCOP toll free number it's one per UPC.

Advise needed :- Today I was at SDM and there Cover Girl Nail paint was at 2 for $ 8(and $ 4.49 each) in their flyer but it scanned for $5.99 each
and I was with 5 nailpaints with different UPCs at the counter.
But the Asst. Manager gave me only 2 for free.
IS it ok or he should give me all 5 nail paints free because of diff UPCs.

You should have got all five free because of the different UPC's.

I told them same,but they refused to give me all 5 free. And they showed the printout of SCOP and nothing was mentioned about different upcs. I have no idea how to convince them. Could you suggest.

Call the SCOP 1800 number they are the Retail Council of Canada.

I think it is as No Frills is a Loblaws Banner store - I would check instore as it would be listed at the cash register
