I don't like being out of the loop.
FPC means Free Product Coupon - it's a coupon that entitles you to a free item. The most common ways to get these are writing companies whose products you enjoy with compliments (some companies don't offer FPCs for compliments, but many do), signing up for promotions when they are offered (there are promos where brands send an FPC for their product for the first 1000 or whatever who sign up), or participating in rebates or loyalty programs (like when you buy 12 specially marked Stouffers you get $25 in Stouffer's and/or Nestle FPCs, and there is a buy 5 Whiskas get one free offer, etc).

SPC is the Student Price Card. This enables you to get all kinds of discounts (list is here), but the most popular discount on SC is 10% off at Zellers on regular and sale prices. There is a VIP version of the card which doesn't require student ID. The card is a bonus when ordering LouLou magazine. The card is only valid from September through August so if you are interested in it and not a student, it is best to wait until the summer when LouLou is offering the VIP card again. If you got a card now it would expire at the end of August.

Here is a guide to more acronyms and abbreviations you might see on SC.

kind of sad only 1 variety was on sale at my no frills.
at least they taste decent and are basically free with the stouffers promo
They were just out, don't worry. They also had chicken caesar primavera. They were sold out of it at 2 of the NFs I went to but the guy that worked there said a new shipment was coming in on Monday.

For anyone going to the one at Coxwell/Gerrard in Toronto, there is a sign that says all $1, 2 and 3 items have a limit of 6. The ones in Scaborough at Kingston/Midland and Kingston/Morningside didn't have limits. Morningside had NO LC left but Midland had only the salmon. All had paninis.
