Hey there,
I went to SDM at Major Mac in Vaughan (visiting friends) and they did not take my printed Motrin coupon and were VERY VERY rude. I brought it back to Barrie and the location on Essa had no problem taking it at all. I phone into SDM that night and explained what happened (mainly the attitude problem of the cashier) and they credited me 8000 Optimum points. They also agreed with the comment posted above that it is up to the store but they have no right being rude about it.

I see new policies for Shopper's on Printed Coupon's That's Awesome! Now I don't have to be so nervous when I go in to use them.lol Being new to couponing still find it embarrassing when they turn you down at the till and there is a line up behind me.

I've used LOTS of printed coupons in one shopping trip. No problem. Small town. Very, very good customer service and they have never refused coupons. They go out of their way to make sure that Optimum points are added manually if the printed bonus point coupon doesn't scan.
