a good morning to the Q zoo...happy hump day...

holy crap, maddy staring out the dining room door,
and it's the fox - with a friend, i think was a young fox.
the fox tearing up a dead squirrel, young fox went up the
hill so lost count of it.
then a bigger fox showed up - not much left of the squirrel,
(so if i now live in a native fox area what should i do -- did nothing)

larger fox after a while took the poor squirrel up the hill, and went along
the sidewalk, got scared by a car for a sec and then went down the road.



extra holy crap, people saw one of them, stopped for a bit,
i then saw the fox do the marking of the shrubberies.

Good morning, everyone.

I got a wake up call this morning. Normally, I'm not keen on the phone ringing this early, but it was my friend, wanting to check on *me*. She was worried that I had overdone it yesterday!

So far the only thing the tests have revealed are ulcers. Not sure which came first - my friend feeling sick causing the ulcers or the ulcers causing her to feel sick. Here's hoping today's battery of tests shed more light. At least this time, they're keeping a close eye on her.

Off to check on her roomies.

Please send all the prayers you've got over to TGH. Had to take my friend back to emerge. Looks like she might have had a heart attack, she's in for an angio. I tried to cheer her up by telling her we'll be comparing notes about the service next week once I have mine.

Just waiting for her family to come & join me.

yesterday he was on the news & info section of the Q site, but i don't see him there now. you just have to check all the sites throughout the day to find him. it took a while yesterday before i found him.

a nice sunny start to the day. hopefully will warm up to 5 degrees without a wind chill. supposedly friday is going to be a b!tch in the weather department with 5-10 cm of icing sugar. let's hope it waits till late friday night to start.
