Happy Labour Day
I thought today was suppose to be the best day of the 3. The weather person talked about a possibility of showers Saturday & Sunday, yet we had none on those days & sunny for Monday. It was sunny, then pouring rain, sunny, pouring rain, then finally sunny for the rest of the day.
Went out to finish weed wacking & the weed wacker won't start. i went to check the plug & noticed the screws were loose holding the upper cylinder. took the cover off, the throttle plate & tightened up the screws. checked all the rest of the screws, then put the throttle plate back on & the cover & Voila, it started up & ran. managed to get the last of the weed wacking done before the 1st pouring rain came down. When the sun came out, i was back outside cutting all the dead flowers & pulling weeds out. Managed to get 1 garden done before the 2nd pouring rain came down. Once that was done, the sun was back out for the rest of the afternoon & i was able to get the other 3 gardens done.
I made my lunch for the week & made pork tenderloin in a teriyaki type sauce & roasted potatoes also cooked in the sauce. All set for this short week.
Hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend & had a great time at the Ex, boat, cottage or wherever you were.
