[over] olay celebration launch starts june 1st

anyone want to hear another update on how i still havent got mine?
here goes:

-they tried to deliver july 4, wasnt home didnt leave a note, didnt call
- received EMAIL on monday july 11 telling me its been sitting at the closest depot for a week
-tuesday july 12 called and arranged for package to be delivered on WEDNESDAY July 13
-waited around ALL DAY for said package on wednesday july 13.. NOTHING
-Called today July 14, was informed that oh, your package should be delivered TODAY!
-Yea I work today so now IM SOL
Basically she said she doesnt know what will happen once they try to deliver and im not home, it may either be sent back to whomever sent it to me, OR MIGHT be at depot for me to pick up

UPS did this to me awhile ago, They eventually sent my package back to the sender >.<

Geez! A bit much from them! Sounds like you would be a prime person to sign off on the back of their form for permanent permission them to from now on drop the package off at your door without signature...if they ever came to the door in the first place.

I'm debating signing it myself the next time I get a Purolator slip...I'm 20 mins drive one way to their depot.

Yeah Purolator isn't great. Apparently the closest depot to where I live is 2.5 hrs and they only attempt one delivery. yes I am a bit rural, but I am only 45 minutes away from a larger center, why they can't have a pick-up spot there.

I got home from work 5 minutes ago oh and look purolator had been there less than 20 minutes BEFORE I GOT HOME! GAAAAAAH
so now i have to go and pick it up from one of the depots... THANKFULLY its not that far from my house

I got a call from purolator saying that my package is damaged and cannot be delivered I am so sad

I got mine after getting them to just drop it off at a depot store in town. Purolator could not have tried very to find my place; thank goodness Olay emailed me and I got in touch with Purolator before they sent it back (after one try Purolator took it all the way back to the main port).

Still waiting on this, but on the upside, I saw they commented to someone from Olay post on FBearlier today that they are still mailing them out! There is hope yet!

Of course the offer is still over, but they are still processing all the requests.
