    I had a gander at the active ingredient list for Advil Nighttime while shopping lastnight - I had to laugh when I realized that it is merely 200mg of ibuprofen (Advil) + 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Benadryl). I can't count how many times I have combined these 2 due to a headache and allergies - no wonder I always feel dozy hehe Just thought I would share.
