Deal on gazebo and picnic table for my deck

We have a good-sized deck, and in the past had a patio umbrella on a stand that didn't need a table to hold it up. (the stand was off to the side). But the umbrella gave up last year. We also have a crappy metal table.

We're looking for two things. One is an octagon shaped picnic table, a kit that we put together is OK. The second is a square 'gazebo' type thing to put on the deck, to keep us out of the sun and rain while we're grilling, eating outside, etc.

I don't want a super cheap one that will blow over with the first bit of breeze, but don't want to pay more than $200-$300. Anybody seen any deals in Halifax?
