    Hi All,

    I live in Saskatchewan but was born and raised in Cape Breton, and my mom is coming here to visit me in August and I am wanting her to bring me some coupon inserts, but she says there is none. Does Cape Breton get the Red Plum, or Smart Source in the Cape Breton Post, like we do out here, are there other place I should tell her to look, etc. Thanks!

    yes in the newspaper. I live in Sydney and get mine in the C.B. Post. Red plum I believe is going to be in this Saturday's paper.

    I am wondering if the inserts are any different based on province, or are they the same, do you happen to know? Also are there other places to get coupons there? Thanks.

    Just picking them up at Shoppers or other stores is what I do. Walking around shopping I always keep and eye out for coupons.
    I do believe from prov. to prov. some coupons are different.
    Definetely get her to check today's CB post RedPlum should be there.

    THANK YOU! I have been asking around this site to find out if the inserts were available here as well. Now i will have to keep my eye on the paper. no doubt if they are good i will buy 3-4 papers. Do we only get the red plum, or also the smart source?

    We get Smart Source, Red Plum and P&G inserts in the Cape Breton Post on Saturday. There are a few coupons that are different or not in ours but for the most part they are the same. Enjoy!!

    not this saturday. but i think 3 out of the 4 weekends in august we will be getting inserts.

    Hey there I used the inserts and they were Buy 3 gillette products and get 5 Bucks off , So I went too wallmart on spar road and I had enough coupons too clear the shelfs with the last of the product because it was satin care shaving cream On for Like 1:50 each so when you Buy 3 its 4:50 So the coupon even covered some of the taxes , so I got 28 of them for 4.and something cents
