I know that we are getting a Gap outlet store soon...as well as a Target in 2013, but does anyone know for sure what we are getting beside the mall?

I believe Gap out by payless,
Costco down by little SS,
and
WM supercentre out by Sears corner,
but that is just what I heard.
I heard a big box store...but not Costco??
I'd like to see a Walmart Supercentre!
