if you shop at sobeys thats a steal you have to respend the money in their store which is ok
thats a heist you are getting those products for free, i love aquafina with vitamins, 20$ worth for free sounds great

Or can you just buy $ 20 worth of one product - say $ 20 worth of only Lipton iced tea (excluding brisk) 12 x 355ml, does that qualify for the MIR too ?

Reading the small print in the flyer, it says any combination of products shown as long as they are purchased in the same transaction!!
