last time I was there yes they held on to them so people can't run away with the entire pad, but they only had $1 rainbow crush at the time

I wouldn't have thought to look there either but my kid threw a tantrum at the door so I was standing around there a bit trying give him his bottle and saw them out of the corner of my eye in the basket with her pens and other stuff.
