Anyone else not get a Brandsaver?

Got mine in my flyer package. Went on a recycle walk tonight. Saw many flyer packs from Friday that had not been gone through and there were no P&G's in them. Makes me think some delivery people had them and some didn't. Glad I have mine.

I dont subscribe to advocate, i just get the 'Life' paper that comes out every thursday that has flyers. It never has smart source or redplum tho, just grocery store flyers. Those are the only flyers i get. I have to buy calgary herald to get smart source

Because usually we get flyer packs on Weds/Thurs/Friday. Ive lived all over town, and this is normally how it works. Sometimes those days can be combined. Or, if there isnt enough people delivering they can all come in the Sunday Life Paper.

Try recycling walks. Or just talk to your friends on other sides of town, and ask them to save the coupons for you

And dont forget guys...there are some VERY greedy couponers out there. Possibly those who deliver papers...have no issue stealing all the inserts, and keeping them.

Yesterday I was on here, looking at doing some trading, and I came across a SC member who had 50-60 of each coupon she was offering. Granted, they can do recycling walks for these, but many were very obviously for tear pads in the stores. People are very selfish and greedy, and dont care if others are missing out on the sale, as long as they get all the coupons. Its sad...

There is another denial from the Advocate that they delivered the current Brandsaver.What store flyers were in the flyer package that had the Brandsaver coupon insert?

Yeah there are some "lovely" people out there who feel that they are entitled to everything and then feel that they deserve to profit from it. I've pretty much given up on trying to get any of the inserts, I just trade for what I need, there are lots of wonderful (and generous! ) people out in the coupon community who make trading a great experience. I hit up 5 gas stations and 3 grocery stores and ALL the inserts had been taken, I don't think that a person should have to drive/walk/run all over gods green earth to get something that should be free (or the cost of a newspaper). Needless to say, no Brandsaver for me.

As I posted in another thread....
Edmonton Journal now has the paper deliverers stuffing all inserts into their newspapers instead of hiring people to do this, so, if they don't have them inside, it is because the delivery person is not putting them there - too much work. (you will probably find tons of them dumped at the recycle center) Rumor has it Calgary Herald may be going this way too. As for the Suns, they should have them as they are done before heading out to the delivery people. Not sure how the Advocate handles their flyers & inserts

so, shock to the AWE... i got every coupon inserts i should've the last few weeks. amazing. lol wonder how long this will last!

I stopped even checking my mialbox as it was always empty or so sparatic! then i see a get filled up with 2-3 days of stuff, lol!

Shoppers. Save On. Um...the Real Estate thing that always comes every week. Other than that....I dont know lol. I hate the Brick flyers, so those (and their counterparts) are always the first to hit the recycling bin lol.

I got mine, and my moms. We live on opposite ends of RD.
