I was quite surprised when I went to see a movie and I saw an ad for Windsor Public Library. I had no idea they had an ad campaign going. What do you think? I think the ads are pretty cute I am not sure if they are necessary though since most people are aware the library is free and offers books, movies, music, story time, etc. But hopefully they will be effective.
