Gluten free crackers are fairly cheap and I just noticed they have gf pasta. It was a little more expensive than i had paid for a sale bag but without sale it was comprable.

They have good deals, to me anyway, on Biotene toothpaste and mouth wash. It is normally 13,99 at sdm but only 8,69 at costco. CrestPro health rinse and the cresr glide floss were pretty good deals too. I.got some executive coupons not long ago and saved another $4 off the floss.

Flour! It's around 15.99 a 44 lb/20kg bag in Costco, and at a regular grocery store (not on sale) it's 12.99 for 22lb/10kg. So almost half the price.
And spices/ herbs are about 3x cheaper as well.
Mostly we just go there for the fun stuff, yummy cheese, cookbooks, games, random Christmas presents.

I agree about the spices. The natural vanilla is a steal for $6.99; I think it would be a fifth of the size for that price at a regular grocery store.

I used to buy the huge bags of flour there, but it was lumpy as heck; I always needed to sift it before putting it into my storage container. The icing sugar is a good price, but the white granulated sugar would be cheaper on sale somewhere else. Bulk bags of nuts, ie pecans, walnuts, almonds are reasonably priced and, more importantly, very fresh.

I recently heard at my Weight Watchers meeting that the Kirkland version of Skinny Cow ice cream bars are a good deal there, haven't checked that yet.

And who can forget the hot dogs at the snack bar! $1.50 for a big hot dog with all the fixings and a drink, where else can you get that? We were talking about that at work recently, a guy was saying his two daughters would share one. My five year old easily eats one all by himself, but for $1.50 it is OK once in a while.
$815 in Amazon GCs and counting! You KNOW you want free stuff too, click the link!

    Zonny,
If you were impressed with the hotdog combo, you should check out a Costco in the States! Bought an 18" pepperoni pizza at the food kiosk for $9.99 and drinks were 59 cents. Talk about a cheap supper and it was good too!

Do they have alot of vegan/ veggie products? Organic, gluten free? I'm considering getting a memebership just for the tazo chai but was wondering if they have a large selection of vegan items?

We bought babybel this week. 22 portions for $10.79 (regular price). The same amount would have cost $14.63 at the grocery store (calculating from a $3.99 sale price for 6 portions that none had coupons lol).

Call one and ask about a guest pass. They might still do that so you can take a look around before buying a membership.

I buy their Veggie Patch burgers all the time. 16 burgers for around $11. They're very good! And they have Kirkland brand but I haven't tried those. They sell tons of organic cereals and have really good deals on Soy, Almond and Rice Milk (store dependent). 6 cartons from around $7 -8 depending on type. Not sure about gluten free items though.

I am REALLY new to Costco, only been twice for short trips, but if you haven't tried their Island Way Sorbet, you must! They are served in the real fruit skin of the flavour - so, coconut is in a half coconut shell, pineapple is in half a pineapple shell. They are about $12.50 for ten sorbets, but, really, they IMPRESS people.

Also noticed great prices for cheese strings and Almond milk (6 pack).
