Came home, called the CSR dept at Bissell to confirm they would accept the rebate on the Steam Mop and confirmed they did. Went back and picked on up - what a steal! Just did our kitchen (ceramic tile) and am very pleased with it. Only thing I wonder is about replacment filters and mop heads down the road. Rona said the reason they are on sale is because they cant sell them, and are blowing off their stock.

I know that on their website you can locate where to purchase replacement parts. I'm thinking even if I get a year out of it, it's a good deal. Glad you like the job it did
