No, everything in the flyer is $1.50 (or 2/3 for $1.50 etc) and it shows the price off as well

I thought the same as you. But I think the page that says 1.50 refers to the prices coming after.

So No Frills did good - they are in the race with Walmart and the Walmart Anniversary sale.
