hi everyone!
As lots of you know I work at RCSS and someone found a coupon binder (little one) last week and just brought it in today. It is an achordian style book. There is no phone number or anything.
Most of the coupons are just from ordering online.
Hope it is someone on heres and they see this!!!!This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

My wife would have a nervous breakdown if she lost our coupon book
It is nice they brought the book back into the store but after a week? Hopefully this couponer reads here at SM and gets the coupons back.
I did not know you worked at RCSS, I have always had good success couponing there, I'm not crazy about tying up a customer service person when the coupons surpass the $10 but generally the service there has been very positive for me

I know! Our new systems SUCK. I always cause overrides whenever I shop. There trying to figure out a way around it right now so the lines don't get held up so hopefully they come out with something soon.
I'm not sure why he waited a week to bring it back, or take it home in the first place hahah! It looked like a beginners book but I'm really hoping someone sees it! I'd cry if I lost any one of my four binders!

Well, you probably know this better than I do since you work there, but I think it might be worth mentioning that a CSM didn't even realize that CZ coupons don't contribute to the $10 limit before an override must be done. So you can use a bajillion CZ coupons and never have to get an override.
I'll personally split my transactions to avoid an override if I can, and I don't think that's too much to ask of a couponer.

Yeah there thinking of instead of redeeming the coupons at the till the cashier still looks at them and makes sure there right but then taking the order up to CSM to put in all the coupons.
But that doesn't solve the whole line problem.. just redirects it.
